This product is really helpful. I used it during a long trip—more than 24 hours of flying—and when I arrived, I checked it and everything inside was still cold. It worked exactly the way I needed it to. Definitely recommended.

We used this for a vacation and had froze the the blue insert the night before. Temps were in the 80s and we used no air conditioning while driving. Got to our destination approximately 7 hrs later and it stayed frozen keeping the insulin cold. This is a very good injection carrier. It carried 2 mounjaro pens.
