Whats the grade of this phone?

Mine arrived today. At best it’s a grade c. The screen is covered in scratches. I’ve messaged them for some advice/small part refund. I expected the odd scratch but it’s awful.

What’s the condition like? Refurbished sounds like it could be terrible

I bought 4 devices refurbished and all had issues. Looks are fine but internals are not. Commonly had speaker issues, mic issues. I had bought an iPhone 8 gold here and it looked fab but internally had issues. To be honest if you’re fine with 3rd party parts that aren’t great you’d be okay… after 2 faulty refurbished iPhones and 1 used but also had issues I decided to find a brand new with apple warranty iPhone 8. Eventually did and I LOVE this phone. Came with an apple warranty too. Cost £299 though and was an open box. Always ask the seller if it’s an original apple warranty if you go this route as there’s so many fake “brand new” phones on eBay.
