Been buying this for years. If you cannot stomach iron pills; this is a must have. Taste isn’t terrible, and great mixed in with orange juice. This product been so good to me and my kids, but all of a sudden the color is different and they took out the iodine. That's the main reason why I kept ordering from this company. It won't be a 4th order from me.
