The first thing I want to note about these ear plugs is that they're ultra-soft and extremely comfortable. Many times I've awakened after a night using traditional foam or rubber ear plug with significant pain. This set comes with 4 different pairs of silicone tips - small, medium, large, and extra large. The default size that's pre-installed is large, but you can simply pull out the sound blocking insert and find the size that's right for you. This step is extremely important but also very easy to do. As with any type of ear plug, the tightest comfortable fit will give you the best result. Each of the different tips has a handy little "tail" that makes popping them out of your ears a breeze. I really, really like that feature.I will say that the sound deadening is good, but not quite as good as a foam ear plug that's properly seated deep in the ear. I've used foam plugs for years on noisy nights or on a factory floor and got really good at rolling them down to nearly nothing and letting them expand in my ear canal with no room to spare. These ear plugs don't deaden quite as well as that, but for an everyday kind of quiet (i.e., no motorcycles circling wildly under the window, no neighbors blasting heavy metal or La Traviata all night, and perhaps no bed partner who snores so loudly the windows rattle) they should do the job.All in all, these are so comfortable, easy to use, easy to customize, and easy to put in and take out that unless I need to feel like I'm in a sound isolation booth, I'd choose these over all the others. Oh - they also come with a cute little silicone case similar to those old-fashioned coin purses. With a tiny bit of pressure it pops open like a hungry little bird's mouth so you can drop the ear plugs in or take them out. I like how easy it is to store them in the morning and then take them out again at bedtime. I'm always losing stuff - even though it's usually right in front of my nose - so I really like this little extra.

I’ve worn these the past couple nights and I can honestly say they’ve made a huge difference in my sleep!I mainly bought them for when I’m on dog sitting duties, because one of the Frenchies I watch tends to snore like a grown man lol. Although, it doesn’t completely block out sounds; but it’s enough for me to get sleep.I don’t like wearing anything in my ear at night, but these are much better than the foam ones. At least for me they work! I like to lay on my side too, and they’re not too bad when I turn my head towards the pillow. I just need to get used to them.I love how compact they are and the small silicone case provided. Great for traveling!Bottom line: They don’t completely block out noise, but they’re very useful in minimizing noises.

I've been using the -32db ear plugs for a week and I find them very useful for sleeping, in particular because I sleep on my side and the small size of the plugs helps a lot. They also provide 4 different sizes of ear tips, so you can try and pick the best for you. I found that the noises were reduced evenly, in contrast with other plugs that silence some tones completely. I experienced no discomfort after using them for hours, but I have to say that for concerts I'd pick some of the other options that reduce less the volume, unfortunately those don't ship to my country.Excellent value for the price.

I bought these 32 dB Earplugs specifically for sleeping , and I felt they are more comfortable sleeping with them then with foam ear plugs. These are small , I can sleep even on the side and it feels ok. The packaging as well as the material these ear plugs made from are really nice. However I rate it only 3 stars because doesn’t block that much of noise. As other people mentioned before it similar to if you just have your headphones in, you still hear pretty much everything … I still use them, cause it’s better than nothing, but they definitely don’t work as good as it advertised.

This is rated too low. This thing really blocks out noise, I compared it side by side with other silicon plugs.

Works alright, but too small! I'm a female with smaller hands and still I lost them many times until I stopped looking for them.
