This 1-pack WT-320CL black waste toner box is exactly what I needed to keep my HL-L8350CDW running without interruption. It came well-packaged, was easy to install, and fits perfectly. No compatibility issues at all. I do a decent volume of printing every week, and this has held up just like the original brand name part. I appreciate being able to get the same performance at a better price. Will definitely purchase again when the time comes.

My printer did not recognize the waste toner box. I spent an hour trying to get it to work, following several guides online. Upon further inspection, the waste toner box looks like it was previously used. This is NOT an official Brother product, despite the packaging and labeling designed to make it look official.

Bought two, after the first a week ago would not be recognized by the brother printer. I have two different brother printers that use the same part and both do not recognize these replacement parts. Do not buy waste of time and money
