Loud and for Safety
I purchased a two pack of Bear Horn Self Defense horns for myself, and I have to say they are exactly what I was looking for. Living on three acres with a new puppy, I wanted something loud, effective, and simple to use in case of any unexpected encounters. These horns deliver on all counts. The first thing that stands out is just how loud they are. The sound carries far and is immediately attention grabbing. It is the kind of noise that would startle both humans and animals, which is exactly the point. Having these on hand gives peace of mind because they are a preventative measure rather than something you hope you never have to use. The horns themselves are well made and easy to handle. They are lightweight, fit comfortably in the hand, and do not require any special technique to operate. You can use them quickly in an emergency, and having two in a pack means you have a backup or can keep one in a different location for convenience. For anyone with property in a rural or semi-rural setting, or anyone who wants a simple safety tool while walking, hiking, or monitoring pets, these horns are a great choice. The sound alone is often enough to prevent trouble before it starts, which makes them a valuable preventative tool rather than just reactive self defense. I paid for these myself and feel that the value is excellent. You are getting two high quality, loud, and easy to use horns that provide real peace of mind for a modest investment. They are practical, effective, and easy to store, and I plan to keep them accessible at all times. Overall, 5 stars. Loud, reliable, and an essential safety tool for our property. Better to be safe than sorry.

Compact, Powerful, and Surprisingly Loud
Small and compact—easy to hold and carry. Extremely loud. It even startles *me* when I blow it. I haven’t had to use it face-to-face with an animal, but maybe that’s because this spray has kept them away. Five stars.

Unpaid and Honest Review
Does its job very well. The horn is super loud to scare off coyotes, hawks, bats, and bobcats. Great protection to keep wildlife and perverts away. I definitely recommend and will buy again. The size is perfect to fit in your pocket or handbag.

Works great!
I bought this to scare off coyotes that frequent my area. Not a smart move, but I took one out and tested it in my house. I held it a full arms length away from me and held it down for about a second. My ears hated me! It was super loud and worked very well! My ears had a continuous ring for over 5 minutes. So does it work? Absolutely! I would definitely recommend it! Perfect value for receiving two for the price. Very easy to use.

Hopefully they will do the trick. Sounds load enough & easy to use. Thankfully I haven’t had to use yet while walking my dog in Florida.
