Excellent product!! No harsh smells, great color and coverage.

Very nice stain. A little goes a long way, so it’s a great value for the money. There is no stickiness, and it’s very easy to change hues with additional coats.

This is so great! Just a lil bit goes a long ways. Dried really quick. And it's easy to use!

I bought this t use on a chessboard I was building. Although it wasn't quite what I had in mind, it is a nice product. Consistency wise, it is very thin and watery, so be careful.

added 4to1 of water and covered more area than i anticipated. (i prefer lighter stains) i like the shade. Have to be quick though to have even shade on large surfaces. i had some one rub excess with paper towel after 1min and it blended well. happy with the results. let it dry for 24hrs. then i used epoxy resin to seal it (the epoxy i got does not work with oil based stain). water based stain alone does not work for outdoors, i think. it has only been 2 weeks since application.

It’s extremely watery and drippy, it didn’t stain or dye it coated. I’d rate it very highly if it was marketed as a paint because it did work perfectly as such, it’s just not what I ordered and ruined the piece I was working on. It wasn’t a smoke grey it was a soiled grey where you can no longer see the value or texture of the wood.

Stain goes on fine. The water in it water- damaged the wood however. I suppose it ok for certain applications but buyer beware! Not for cedar!!! I should have known better...

Used this with some other wood dye to give my pine banister a really classy look. Took four coats in total, and a wax finish, but an A1 job! Put down a base, then the white dye, oak dye and another coat of white dye. The white dye is quite runny and used a lint cloth, so goes a long way.

I ordered this wood stain to match something I had already purchased elsewhere. Unfortunately it did not match the item as required. I accept I cannot attribute this directly to Driftwood Brown product purchase from Littlefairs. However I was not impressed with the colour or the density of the product. It dried out more like Ronseal fence paint, not like any wood stain I have ever used. Best use Polyvine products in future. I recommend following the sellers instructions and buying a tester pot to check the product first. Shame it then costs you twice!

With just one application gives a dense uniform coat of good colour. Easy to apply with brush. Waterbased dye but has taken coatings of spirit based varnish to give a hard wearing surface. Read instructions carefully before using to get best result. Absolutely topnotch product. Bought to colour a kitchen table made from reclaimed scaffolding boards sanded smooth with blemishes polyfilled.
