The value for the money texture taste and smell are all good. As far as Ease of use, eat them. The only thing you want to be careful of is how many you eat. Sadly I went on a sharp cheddar cheese eating jag at a football party. I was sadly locked up. So….. I accidentally ate 15 in one day. And let me tell you… first i had savage gas passing which smelled like I was farting fruit jello. Then finally i had a monster mastodon eye rolling pipe choker of a bathroom visit. I am on a glp1 and get constipated quite easily. These help keep me regular. The only downside is that the serving size is 4 gummies and the bottle is only big enough for 18 days, so I feel like I have to continuously buy them. But they work so it's worth it. The taste isn't great, but not bad either.

This is a very useful product and you don’t need to take a lot together the results either. Works every time they do make one a bit gassy though but overall a great product.

I like these gummies. They are a bit pricey but I only consume two v the suggested four. The flavor is good as well as the texture.
