awesome belt, great for squats. Plenty of support. Needed a belt thinner at front fort clean and jerks.

Not a good review
Product needs to be one size smaller if you want to feel any support. Stitching started to give after 2 uses. Prefer olympic lifting with nothing.

Sizing is majorly incorrect
I have a 30" waist and the small belt (27" - 32") is far too big, it is unusable.
