I’ve been having digestive issues for a couple of years. So, I did the obvious and tried dietary changes, but to no avail. I figured I was just stuck living with the issues I was experiencing. However, I did some research and found that probiotics could possibly help. Therefore, I decided to try Align. I was a bit skeptical that it would actually get rid of all my symptoms. I figured it may help decrease them but not completely eliminate them all. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. In less than a week of taking align daily, my issues were gone. I do need to mention that I have tried a few different varieties of this brand and although they all worked pretty much the same, i finally decided upon this one (dual biotics). No other reason than it has what I need, and none of what I don’t, and I like the gummy’s for the convenience. As a result of my symptoms improving, I figured I didn’t need to take an probiotic everyday and quit for a while. Big mistake!! My digestive issues eventually came back. So, I decided to go back to taking Align and again, my issues went away. Therefore, I concluded that these actually do work! I would definitely recommend trying Align if you are having problems that diet alone has not solved. Additionally. make certain that you do seek help from a professional if you have serious symptoms or if your symptoms don’t go away after taking these. This is a great product that is convenient, tasty, and works rather quickly. Highly recommend!!

I was looking for an adult probiotic gummy that would be soft enough, tasty enough, and digestible enough to take daily without having to ingest ten at a time or break a tooth attempting to chew. Look no further! This gummy not only has a good taste but is soft, somewhat small, and only two are necessary to consume a day. While there isn't a sudden and huge change that is noticeable while taking them (personally) you can really tell if you've stopped taking them for a few days and start back up again. These have both probiotics and prebiotic to hit all the healthy tummy and digestive enzymes while pushing away some of those bad ones that seem to wreck your gut. Ever since I've began to take this product my digestive health has improved quite a bit. I take this alongside fiber gummies and I'm really pleased with the results and ease of consumption of both each day. So far I have been lucky to receive fresh, non expired, non clumped/melted together product each time.
