Very good bumber plate.

They’re very good value for money and very good quality. The only issue is when putting it on the bar it feels like it’s scrapes the bar abit not sure if it’s the bar I purchased all these themselves. But they look great and again a very good for the price.

Pretty legit product you wouldn’t think it’s as cheap as it is.

In der Wohnung natürlich etwas umständlich aufzubewahren, jedoch für Kniebeugen mit Gewicht ideal. Die Hände sind dabei seitlich des Körpers und dadurch ist eine weitaus angenehmere Haltung, gegenüber einer Langhantel, möglich. Mir war es das wert. Lagerung im Kasten. Preiswert !

I've previously bought several items from proiron and their products never disappoint. There is however one problem with this hex bar depending on your needs. If you will be using this for deadlifts, back rows, and shrugs then this bar is perfect. It's well built and has a nice design. The grips also feel great. If however you also want to use the hex bar for squats then look for a hex bar with an extra lower handle. Some hex bars come with a high handle and a lower handle. This one only comes with a high handle and so there is shortage in mobility when trying to squat. If however you won't need it for squats then don't hesitate to buy it.
