Very good product..my 3.5year boy liked it so much..

After doing a lot of research on amazon, We bought this bike as a gift for my grandson's birthday. The product was delivered as per the time mentioned and it came in excellent packaging (double cartoon box with proper packing). A few parts were to be assembled and with the instruction booklet, it was very easy to fix for us. The bike is stable in use and holds the weight in proportion. The make of the product is sturdy and strong. The quality of the bike body is good. The wheel nut-bolt caps were missing so the vendor couriered them immediately. The music system was functioning properly except for the pen drive option, when we enquired with the vendor, he guided us on how to set it up. when that did not work, he immediately sent for a replacement of the music component, and it did not work perfectly fine. The price is also very competitive and much lower than the local toy shop. We are very much happy with the product. Moreover, my grandson loves the product very much. With 6-8 hours of battery charging, the bike can run for 1.5-2 hours (our experience). Speed is also okay for a 3-6-year-old. Overall 5 out of 5 rating for us. Thank you Toy School.

Working good

Product is excellent and no doubt now it can handle up to 70kg. I was suspecting their weight capacity claim before the product arrived (a few more reinforcements and modifications could actually make it worthy of a DTO registration…just kidding). Battery is more than adequate for a usual evening fun. Fit and finish is excellent and product is very easy to assemble (essentially 5 screws in total and a few slip and slide interlocks). Had a little confusion in headlight assembly alignment. So I called the vendor who had kindly returned the call and assured me of help with video call and demo video. He also was willing to take the product back or provide replacements in case I was having trouble in alignment. But thankfully with his guidance I could quickly locate the points of alignment and then in a moment it fitted perfectly. Very very happy indeed. A gold standard in product and assurance of quality. It’s a Total quality experience which should be emulated by other vendors who want to build confidence in their house products. Go for it with confidence in product and vendor support.
