OMG! I would never have believed that at this price these bluetooth headphones could be so good. They were delivered on time to Spain and came well packaged in the usual amazon packaging. After opening the outer packing, the headphones came in their own branded box. They came with a USB cable and spare little earbuds of various sizes, I was pleased about that because I have small ears and most are too big, these were perfect. They feel very well made, I charged them for about an hour, followed the instructions and paired them with my Samsung S6 Edge Plus and it all worked first time, no messing around and WOW the sound quality is great. I have music wherever I go now, walking the dogs, on the bus, on the beach...no wires hanging down getting caught up anymore. Not only do I have music on the go, I can answer calls through them too.. bonus!! I am so impressed that I am telling everyone I know to get some... you just can't go wrong for £12.99. For information purposes, friends and family have also tried them out on a few other Samsung's, the S3, S4, J7, S7 and they worked well with all of them. Would highly recommend!!

While I only paid £12 for these, I paid that due to the fact the reviews stated the sound quality was ok. It was far from ok, i've had cheaper headphones that are better quality than these. I was only using them for the gym but the sound quality was that bad it wasn't worth listening to music. Sent back immediately.

A friend recommended these headphones and I was a little bit dubious as they're a lot cheaper than the headphones I normally buy. I'm glad I listened to her, however, as I was really surprised by the quality of the headphones and at a bargain price - perfect.

Great product and even better customer service! I bought the earphones for use at the gym as dangly wires are an absolute nightmare around gym equipment. But when they arrived i struggled to set them up (basically i avoided the set up instructions and thought i knew everything). When i couldnt set them up I emailed James the seller enquiring about Return and Refund policies and he was more than happy to do it; however, he himself first talked me through the set up process and the product works as first intended! Absolutely brilliant customer service, and I will be pointing out the product to some friends who are interested in similar products!
