Bought theses for my son he plays tackle football , he said he can really feel the difference they fit well with them in he moves quicker and feels like he jumps a little higher . Overall it's been going great quality and durability so far no complaints only request to buy more they are pricey but if it helps athleticism then it's a win investment for my son's comfort .

These insoles are quite impressive. I play softball and usually end up with a lot of foot pain the next morning. These insoles have diminished my plantar fasciitis pain. I’m able to continue playing softball and not be afraid of pain.

These insoles are awesome, you can feel the difference as soon as you put on your cleats! Really comfortable and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my push off speed and I don’t have any more pain in my feet after practice anymore

Highly recommend these inserts. My son had inflamed growth plates in his heel and these provided support, structure and cushion without bulk. We tried numerous inserts and these are the only ones that were comfortable. He is in his cleats 4-5 days a week and the inflammation hasn’t reoccurred. The sizing chart was accurate and the insert fits perfectly in his cleats.

Update: company was very responsive and made it right. Thank you! Son has only had these for 2 months. The glue that kept the cushion down started peeling off after first couple of uses. At 2 months not able to wear anymore. For the cost not worth the money.

I purchased these for my son for football. He has them in his cleats and wears them to every practice and game. They are definitely made differently than regular insoles but I can’t say if they work or not. I truly don’t know that I’ve seen a difference. I gave these 4 stars because like I’ve mentioned they’re nicely made, but they’re expensive and I’m not sure if they work. Maybe they do and I just don’t know what I’m looking for. I think if you’re on the fence it’s worth a shot to give them a try if you’re able to spend the money.

I will start by saying I am in my thirties so recovery and how I feel during workouts is more important to me than the metrics, but WOW with these insoles I get both! This is my SECOND PAIR which I purchased for an additional training shoe. I have upped my activity level this year increasing my running mileage and HIIT workouts. I can’t imagine working out without them.

Teenager loves them. Arch support and pain relief. Has a pair for shoes and one for baseball cleats.
