I am LOVING this mixer. This is my first stand mixer and I bought it mainly for the sake of kneading my bread dough made from freshly milled flour. I had read where lots of people had burned up their stand mixer- from a different brand- trying to do this. This thing does great and I can achieve a window pane in about 14 minutes on speed 1. The light and the timer are both an awesome touch that sets this machine apart from others. This thing is so quiet too! The attachments seem heavy and high quality. I’m very impressed and hope that it stands the test of time. It is quite an investment but I believe it is worth it at this point and has definitely saved me many hours of work and frustration of kneading dough by hand.

I've used this mixer a few times already since getting it during the Black Friday sale in 2025. I've done 3 batches of cookies and yesterday I did 3 loaves of freshly milled yeast bread doughs... SO far, I'm an so impressed with this machine. It kneaded the dough well... it didn't take long to get to that "window pane" stage. It rose well....baked well. I also made a 4th loaf in my Oster Bread Machine and the process was so much longer. At one point I had to take the dough out, wet it a little, form into a ball and put back in the machine. Freshly milled grain recommendation was to put on Whole Wheat setting and I selected "Light" crust. 3 hours and 40 minutes later, the bread had risen till it was stuck to the lid and all of the sides got way too dark. It tasted ok. Comparing the two ways of making that dough yesterday, the ZACME was the clear winner... I upgraded to this machine from a 4.5 quart Kitchen Aid that could not handle bread dough. There were three other machines that I almost purchased - each costing 2 or 3 times as much and I'm so glad that I found AMY LEARNS TO COOK videos on You Tube where she demos all 3 sizes = the 8.4, the 7.4 and the 5.4 quart ones. I bought the 7.4 quart sized bowl one and it's perfect for home use. I almost got the 8.4 quart; but I'm pleased with my choice. This makes bread making a breeze compared to the KA or the Oster Bread Machine. If you need a mixer with similarities to a Kitchen Aid but one that is more commercial and more steady that won't heat up, this is your machine. I pray it keeps performing like it did yesterday and we will definitely say "this one is a WINNER". THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT AFTER MIXING AND KNEADING BREAD DOUGH, the mixer tightens itself onto the platform and I cannot get it loose. This has happened every time after I've used it. I jiggle it, I try lifting and twisting while I'm jiggling it....but it really tightens to the point that I have to get my husband to work it loose. I have written customer service to see if there is a remedy for this that a 74 year old woman can navigate. Maybe the platform needs to be oiled a little? I don't know; but this is the ONLY problem or issue I have had. This is a great mixer and I would totally recommend it. UPDATE as of January 24, 2026 - I decided to rub some avocado oil around the inside rim of the base where the bowl twists and untwists. It worked like a charm and the bowl stayed in place while mixing; but then there was an easy twist and release when I needed it to come off the base. Worked Great !

Wonderful mixer! I have made double batches of cookies, breads, and more without the slightest stress on the machine. It is a true work horse. There is an internal fan that keeps the motor cool, which prevents any risk of overheating. It also runs very quietly. The included accessories are sturdy stainless steel and feel high quality. I want to add a note about bowl sizes. The only difference between the cream 8.4 qt model and the 7.4 qt model is the size of the bowl. An 8.4 qt bowl is available, and the accessories will fit both sizes except for the flex paddle. You need a separate flex paddle for each bowl size. I highly recommend buying the flex paddle. My only complaint with this mixer is that the stainless steel paddle does not get quite close enough to the sides of the bowl, and the flex paddle solves that issue perfectly.

I LOVE this mixer. It’s heavy duty and kneads my dough like a pro! The attachments are of great quality. I’m glad I chose this one.
