The book itself is exactly what my daughter needed. However, I did the Amazon day shipping with another book and another product and the book was damaged. Had to keep the book since my daughter started her classes the very next day. Shipping was rather quick. The seller gave us exactly what we wanted. Amazon however needs to make sure they are securing products in boxes. 5 stars for the seller 0 for Amazon.

I need this book for class, so I can't return it. Cover is damage from being creased as the book was not protected as the cans of clams and white clam sauce were placed on top of it in the box for shipping. Now it will probably have no trade-in value. On the bright side the shipping was very speedy as there was a last minute change in the required book for the class.
