Good and tasty, the added sugar seems worrisome to me (DYOR about this)
Good quality, tasty. Just note that, (DYOR pls), I feel that the added sugars making up ~30% of the serving is a bad, if you are looking to buy this for health benefits. Hence 4★

Mostly Black Raisins
The packet contains largely black raisins with a little sprinkle of other berries, not worth it.

Good quality and quantity of dried fruit but contains added sugar
I did not read the ingredients properly to see that this product has ADDED sugar and also sodium. But I want to know why this is being a advertised as good for blood sugar control when as diabetics we are not allowed to have ADDED SUGAR? Why add sugar to dried fruit already containing sugar naturally? As a diabetic Farmley has lost me as a customer which is a shame as the quality and size of the fruit is very good.

Delicious and Nutritious Breakfast Booster!
The Farmley Berry Mix has become an essential part of my morning routine, elevating the satisfaction level of my breakfast to new heights. Whether sprinkled over oats or added to milk-cereal, these dried berries make a delightful addition, infusing a burst of flavor and nutrition. The combination of cranberry, blueberry, and strawberry creates a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, eliminating the need for extra sugar. I especially love how it transforms a simple porridge into a delicious and wholesome meal. Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, this healthy snack not only tantalizes the taste buds but also nourishes the body. I highly recommend Farmley Berry Mix to anyone looking to enhance their breakfast experience with a nutritious and delicious twist!

Not Healthy - More than 50% Suger
Looking at the nutrition label of this berry mix: Key Points (per 100g): Calories: 327 kcal → quite high for a small portion. Carbohydrates: 80.1 g (of which sugar is 51.9 g, and added sugar 18 g). This is very high sugar content. Fiber: 6.2 g → good amount of dietary fiber. Protein: Only 1 g → very low. Fat: 0.5 g → very low. Sodium: 62.2 mg → not too high. What it means: ✅ Pros Provides dietary fiber, which supports digestion. Very low in fat and sodium. Natural fruit sugars (cranberries, etc.) are present. ⚠️ Cons Extremely high sugar content (over 50% of weight is sugar, with 18 g being added sugar). Very low protein and almost no healthy fats, so it’s not filling or balanced. High calories for the nutrition it offers. Should you take it? Occasionally as a snack → okay, especially if you eat it in small portions (20 g serving = ~65 kcal, ~10 g sugar). Not recommended for daily use if you are watching sugar intake, weight, or blood sugar levels (e.g., if you have diabetes or are on a low-sugar diet). Better choice: Unsweetened dried berries or fresh berries, which have much lower sugar content. 👉 If you want fiber + antioxidants, small amounts are fine. But if you’re looking for a healthy daily snack, this is more like a sweet treat than a nutritious one. Would you like me to suggest healthier alternatives to this berry mix (lower sugar, more balanced)?
