Recently bought an expensive Remington hair straightener which kept snagging my hair. Saw this straightener for half the price & thought I’d give it ago. What a fantastic hair straightener!! It looks and feels very expensive and straightens my hair to perfection. Love, love it 💕💕💕

A few weeks ago I left a one star review and gave explanation on why I left one star. Within 24 hours the sellers had reached out and offered to refund my money, replace the flat iron, and let me keep the original. Their hope was that I had gotten a defective item and that the new one would be awesome! I have waited a few weeks to write a new review because I wanted to see how the new flat iron would hold up and I’m pleased to say that it’s exactly what I was hoping for when I first ordered it. The cord is twice the length of the original one, it stays hot the whole time it’s on, and it’s incredibly easy to work with. I’m thrilled that I gave this seller and this flat iron a second chance. I would buy from this seller again just because of their customer service. P.s. I forgot to mention that I had bought the original one in October of 23 and didn’t review it until March, so I was out of my return window. I didn’t expect any communication from Amazon or the seller and was shocked when they reached out right away. Top notch customer service 😃😃😃😃

This hair straightener is the best one I’ve ever used. I bought so many before but this is the only one works so well with my long and natural curls hair. It has a little bit of weight which is what I’m looking for. It work so well even in the humidity. My hair stays straight without any products on my hair. Highly recommend
