I purchased these wraps as I've gotten older and get bad tendinitis on my forearms and elbows. Having seen different videos online I decided to try wraps not to artificially inflate the weight I lift, but to make my elbow joints more stable and take pressure off my forearms. So far they have worked a treat, my joints feel way more secure when doing pressing movements, and my tendinitis doesn't flare up as bad. Excellent product to support stable and healthy lifting.

My mate has sore elbows when he trains so I got him these and now he won’t train without them. Ideal wraps definitely

Didn’t really help with my elbow problem (pops abd clicks under tension) but did help me grind through sets with less discomfort. Very high quality feeling.

These are great but uncomfortable, I couldn't find a way to wear them without them being uncomfortable and painfull
