These shoes are great. They fit well and are comfortable, stay put on your feet and fit my SPD mountain bike cleats. They also have an elastic lace holder on the tongue to keep the laces in place during rides so that they don't flop all over the place and cause a danger.

Perfect for an indoor trainer or spin/RPM classes. They are comfortable and true to size. There are two possible placements for the cleats, depending on one’s comfort. The only minor criticism is that laces are not as convenient as straps. When I factored in quality and price, they outweighed this minor negative.

comfortable for riding and and at least limited walking. Release works well with pedals.

Replacement for my old Lakers that lost their sole after 20+ years. Lacking in safety redundancy as they are only tie-ups, but a good shoe for non-racing situations. Able to transfer my old clips.
