Can it be used on cats?

They have a different one for cats. I have been using this for a few years on my dog's and it's wonderful.

Is this a tearless shampoo?

Don’t know if this product is tearless. It doesn’t say on the bottle it’s tearless, so I would guess it’s probably not tearless. I use this product for the groomer to use when grooming my dogs because it is gentle and has a very mild scent which doesn’t trigger allergies in humans.

Is this Hypoallergenic?

I believe so; my Jack Russell Terrier was showing signs of irritation on her back: acting like giving a scratch or rub made her feel ticklish; after one bath, this symptom disappeared. I was surprised at such an improvement after only one bath, and I plan to bath her with this shampoo weekly to keep her feeling good. Good luck with your fur baby!

I’m guessing If u bought the right size pump then yes but this is not a big ole liter bottle
