Der Zirkel war OK. Beim Plotter war das Loch nicht exakt in der Mitte: Mit N auf 0 war die andere Seite bei bei 179 statt 180. Ausserdem ist die Unterlegscheibe zwischen Lineal und Rad zu dick, das Rad wackelt und provoziert Parallaxenfehler. Schraube ausserdem nicht gesichert oder gekontert, kann sich beim Benutzen festziehen. Für die SKS-Prüfung damit ungeeignet.
