Made the best waffles ever!
This Cassava Flour is very fine. I made a batch of waffles with it and they came out crispy and full of flavor. My batter was a bit more moist than it usually would be - but that ended up being a big plus. The bottom plate of my waffles iron heats up hotter than the top plate. I put the batter on the bottom plate and close the lid. Then leave it to cook for 6 minutes. Then I flipped the waffles and line up the depressions and close the lid and let it cook for another 2 minutes. They come out just wonderful. Highly recommend!

Very delicious cassava flour
I did not get this product! It was shipped to the wrong address maybe in Neiborgrs! Amazon driver say he gave it hand to hand to someone! May I know the name of the person please! Thank you!

This is a Rwanda export item. Not certified/verified anything other than its gluten free
It is not something I would trust eating! It is from Rwanda... waste of $25 bucks. This product is not eligible for return. Throughly disappointed in it. Nothing about safe product inspections. Nothing from FDA. Nothing to say it is non-gmo and nothing to say it's vegan...

Good cassava flour product
I have tried several brands of cassava flour, which is a great gluten free substitute for wheat flour. This brand requires a little less liquid than other brands, which is OK once you adjust your recipes. It is a very fine flour, but easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the large package it comes in isn't resealable, so it's not easy to store once it's open.
