I love adding these to my coffee. They’re small but easy to take with on the go, and they taste great without being too thick or chalky. I’ve drank them on their own before a workout and they help give me a boost before exercise. I do feel like they’re pretty pricey, but it’s worth it. They smell the same way they taste, and this brand is always good quality. They are very milky tasting, so definitely better to add into a coffee or smoothie.

These are the perfect size for a person trying to get their protein without much of an appetite. They are not thick, more of a milk consistency. They tend to keep one feeling full for quite a few hours. I add cold brew to them to make it more like a caramel latte.
