Excellent product!

I have a 2009 mint condition Saab 93 convertible & this stuff has my rag top convertible not only water proof, but also has my rag top looking like showroom condition. It brought back that dark black new rag cloth top look to my vehicle.

Pretty straightforward product that coats well with my car’s top. Make sure to get a good microfiber towel and a good wipe for it to apply well

Did not work as advertised. Will not buy again

I wanted to try this product on a tonneau cover which after 7 years is starting to show some aging. Assuming that a convertible fabric/vinyl roof is similar to a typical tonneau cover, I figured it was worth a try.The instructions are pretty basic and it simply says to spray it on evenly and wipe it with a cotton cloth.My experience was a bit mixed and I ended up trying a few things;I started by picking a cool day without direct sunlight thinking that it allow for more time to apply the product without it drying too fast. I cleaned the surface as well as possible and then dried it off.Next I sprayed the product as indicated and used a cotton cloth on half the tonneau cover, but I soon realized that the product was being absorbed by the cotton cloth faster than I was able to spread evenly across the surface. This resulted in a blotchy appearance, so before it would 'cure' I decided to use a squeegee and used the rubber blade to spread and the sponge to wipe it. This worked much better.The blotchiness was far less (To be fair, I also think it may have been caused by some surface areas not being as clean as I thought). After letting it sit overnight it looked better and after I hosed it off it clearly has a hydrophobic coating.Conclusion:It does work but on older vinyl fabric it is imperative to really clean it first and I think the results would be better. The application was not as straight forward but once I figured out a method is was pretty easy and quick.

This ceramic coating is fantastic and works exactly as described. I used it on my truck's tonneau cover to protect from the elements. So far, my cover looks great and water is sheeting off it our Florida storms. I plan to also use this to protect the vinyl seats and cover for my boats as well. Over a great product and I'm incredibly pleased!

This applied to my convertible top much like the spray on ceramic coatings go on paint. It's a vinyl convertible top so it really didn't soak in, and I had to use a towel to massage it into the top. Once it "cured" for about a half hour, I wiped it and now my top is absolutely hydrophobic and sheds water like crazy. It also helped bring back the deep black color of the top too. Very pleased.
