Yes this would be a few seconds to instal IF your sink aerator was newer or not corroded on. Ended soaking it in white vinegar for like an hour. Then got a real wrench and was able to take off. After that easy peasy set up. I have a tub and shower filter as well as a home berkey filter. So why not my bathroom sink? I also give my dogs filtered water and this makes it so I can fill the smaller dogs little bowl quick and easy. Face def felt softer and less dry after a washing. And oh- the numbers on top are to set when will need a filter. Some reason it’s not written anyway but I had to guess lol. I did rec to a friend. Haven’t really tasted it other than brushing my teeth so no clue there.

I purchased the Waterdrop Skincare BFC1 Facial Cleaning Countertop Filter February 2025. I had an issue with the first one that I ordered. I called customer service and I talked with Ashley K, a very knowledgeable and helpful representative. She put out a rush order to replace the item during the phone call. Within 24 hours Andrew had sent out another one. Both representatives provided excellent customer service and Andrew later became my ongoing contact. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and because of him I am able to give a five star rating. I am grateful for his quick replies in our correspondence and also for his friendly, caring manner during the entire process. I am also thankful for the company’s generous supply of replacement filters to make up for my inconvenience in returning the original item. I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to install, it is nice to look at and I have seen a positive difference in the appearance of my skin. I highly recommend this filter for your daily skin care routine.

The machine is great. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll be needing to replace the filter quite often due to the water in my area so for me it’s not that practical but customer service is great and the machine itself is nice .

Easy to use and small

Not easy to install. Once you change the faucet to the right adapter for the device, (which please be careful of your fingers, I ended up slicing my finger on one of them) it was leaking when trying to run the water. Then anytime I tried to latch the actual water filter onto the adapted head, it held for a second and them fell off every single time I tried to run water through. It definitely did not latch on tight enough or snap on properly.

I Love it I recently purchased the Waterdrop skincare filter , and I must say, it’s impressive! Even with my old faucet, installation was trouble-free thanks to the multiple adapters provided. The water now feels much softer, and my skin is noticeably less inflamed after just a few days. I love how the filter removes impurities, significantly reducing my skin redness. I ordered this product and unfortunately, it did not come with the rest of the package and items that I but these people have such a great customer service support that they were willing to send me three filters for basically my satisfaction. They make sure that their customers are happy other than this filter is great. You can taste the difference And very happy that they care enough about their customers and make sure that their product is worth the great experience. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with this filter and will continue using the item thank you very much

Omg! I just received my waterdrop device today. It was easy to install and I am amazed at my skin after one wash. I’m licensed in beauty and I promise this is a wonderful investment! Love it!

Mir gefällt der Filter sehr. Einfach zum anbringen und hält gut. Musste das dazugehörige Band benutzen da das Wasser sonst durchsickerte aber danach war es dicht. Ich persönlich merke den unterschied. Das Wasser an sich schmeckt viel weicher und sauberer👍🏽

Absolutely great. It took minutes to install. Water now tastes so much better and the function to use it without filtering is useful. Highly recommend this.

Ya es la segunda vez que compro el producto, porque es uno de los que filtra mejor el agua y la instalación es sencilla. Aunque el precio no es el más bajo, sigue siendo buena la relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros modelos/marcas. También el recambio es fácil ya que no hay que desmontarlo entero, basta con quitar la parte del filtro. Fácil y todo muy útil.
