Overall very good product
Service and delivery were very good and product working really good. I Suggest this product as it is working very well. Water quality is also good. There is no unwanted noise. Water taste is also good.

Waste of miney
Writing this review after 15 days used this RO, Pls don't buy this product go a brand like Kent or HUL but still want to buy a local brand RO shop to a nearby shop that gives you quick service, complaints regarding water tests and powder-like material floating above water still no one came, if there is an option to return it definitely return the product. product quality also very cheap

Looks sleek and has been working well since we installed. The automatic fill is helpful. You might need to additionally install a Pressure reducer valve basis the pressure in the pipeline. Overall contented.

Aquadart poor in performance
I purchased this water purifier in May 2025, and by September 2025, it completely stopped working. I contacted customer care, and they informed me that a service expert would visit my home and charge ₹350 as a service fee. When the service expert arrived, he charged ₹350 but later told me that the SMPS was faulty and I would have to send it to the company’s office in Indore for replacement at my own cost. To make matters worse, he said that after the replacement part arrives, I would have to pay another ₹350 as visiting charges for installation. Now, within a very short span of time, even the tap of the RO has stopped working. This is extremely disappointing for a product that is just a few months old. The after-sales service is completely unsatisfactory, and the company seems to be shifting the entire burden of repairs and costs onto the customer. I strongly advise everyone not to buy this product, as the quality is poor and the after-sales support is highly unprofessional.
