Great quality
I ended up getting a size too small, I am 195 and have large calfs so I am should have gotten this item in a XL size. I will say they are good quality after 40 mins my knees and back started to feel good, like they are getting aligned from a chiropractor ! my pain in my knee felt relief when I have these on. I now am wondering if my knee pain has been due to misaligned legs ? I will be wearing these daily

Very good for binding
These will bind the legs very well. It's handy that they come in a set of 3 sizes. I can't say they are effective for posture correction or leg correction, but we certainly had fun with them.
