Excellent TV! Fast delivery and a great display. Setup took just 5 minutes, and it connected easily to Prime and Netflix. Installation was simple and hassle-free. We’re very satisfied with this purchase. The 55-inch screen is large and immersive, and the sound quality is impressive. Best smooth tv at this price range, various types of special feature that given in this to customise according your choices and preferences, picture quality is good over all use filmmaker mode that combine the 4k upscaler with the director level picture quality ,sounds option is less but sound is good enough to satisfy you, at this price this tv offer more than enough various specifications that can't given by any top companies like lg and samsung after spent 35k-40k on 4k only .... Don't be silly or craze keep in mind there is no good quality will be offer like qhd 4k qled etc these things are way to spread propoganda ,these types of specifications have higher market value that above 48k ...don't be foolish beaware these kind of data .... Buy best for price! Not price of best ! These kind of thing may be brain wash... I purchased this Hisense TV on 28 September. By 23 October, the TV’s circuit board had already failed. This is not normal for a brand-new product. What is worse than the defective unit is the absolutely unacceptable customer service. Despite multiple calls and countless emails, Hisense has not provided a technician, no spare parts, and no realistic timeline for repair. Every time I follow up, I get vague “we are checking” replies or no reply at all. It has now been over a month and the TV is still dead. No resolution, no replacement, no fix. I expected a basic level of support from a major brand, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any electronics purchase. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Hisense products.

I am very happy with this purchase. Delivery was fine (no dents in the box etc). Picture quality is excellent. It's VESA wall mount compatible but know that your bracked will have to be 200mmx300mm. I primarily wanted to use the TV as a 4K monitor and for my PlayStation, and I made sure the USB port was capable of playing 4K content (for those that are interested, pendrives formated with exFAT filesystem don't work but NTFS is OK). I testing it with very high bitrate 4k content and it played it flawlessly (70+ GB files, here's some stats for nerds): 📊 Breakdown from my file: The overall bitrate reported is 61040 kb/s, which includes all streams. Picture quality is very good truly 4k and sound quality is good. I got good deal in this tv so it's a good buy for me at this price 16k(43").

I am realistic and I don't know what I should be expecting for a 500€ TV But the backlight bleed is pretty awful around all the edges, at least it bleeds uniformly xD I use flux (justgetflux) to protect my eyes (it's like reader mode on steroids) and skin color turns green, it does a lot of funky things that my laptop (20cm away) doesn't. Yes I am sitting 1 meter away from the TV I had to play with the color setting and does absolutely nothing, even without the caveman mode that I use to protect my eyes, the colors are very washed, but it does the job, I was just looking for cheap screen real estate and I got it, don't expect anything else. The 144hz is a complete scam by the way

Just as advertised. Delivery was fast and hassle-free. It's a little unwieldy since there are no bezels and I had to buy spacers to accommodate my wall mount but otherwise zero issues since I bought it +-6 months ago. Technically speaking, the blacks aren't great and it has this tendency to darken the screen when certain colours are shown; the latter could be a setting though. Glare is an issue as well; it doesn't handle sunlight well. Still, it's a big upgrade from my last set and I would recommend to anyone else on a budget.
