I really enjoy these greens, take them daily to help with digestion, recovery, energy, and just to support my health overall. Taste is great, even better with a squeeze of fresh lemon! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to give them body a boost!

I would give these no stars if I could! The after taste is absolutely horrible! Initially they taste really good and you think of this is going to be enjoyable. Then the after taste hits you and it is straight vomit! Nope not good will not be drinking anymore of them.

I have tried many different brands and types of greens powders over the years, and I rarely am able to get them down because they almost always taste far too much like “greens.” This formula, however, is lacking that usual putrid “greens” flavor! The lemon and ginger provide enough of their own flavor to balance out the greens, and it actually tastes quite nice! I found it very refreshing. My fiancé also drank a bottle and he said he felt like he had a bit of an upset stomach afterwards, but he’s got a pretty sensitive stomach anyway. I do not; and as such experienced no negative effects after drinking a bottle of this powder in one sitting. The only room for improvement i’d mention is that these are kind of large square packets of powder instead of the slim ones that are specifically designed to be poured into a bottle of water. And the tear line on them goes straight across. If you tear or cut one of these packets straight across, it will be near impossible to pour into a bottle of water without make a huge mess. Would love to see these in slimmer packets that are easier to pour. But as long as they’re like this I’d recommend just cutting a small triangle off the corner so you have better control over your pour.

I got this for my husband, this is his review: I constantly need to remind myself to drink more water throughout the day, and this powdered drink mix worked wonders for me because I would look forward to that glass of water every day. It's delicious, and you feel how nutrient dense the mix is later in the day. It helped me keep my energy up every day. Only downside is that you have to be thorough when mixing. It is not instantaneous.

The taste is really off putting. I agree with another user, at first you think it's ok, but honestly really puts me off in the worst way now, horrible taste likely part due to stevia. Wasted $40 on a box I won't use.

Best tasting green powder I've had!!! On my third box!!! Dropped down from 5 to 3 stars because I just realized the expiration date is Jan and I have an open box and an unopened. I only drink it 2-3 times a week. Packets like these usually have much longer expiration dates. And thus would be fresher from the start.

I always add green juices to my morning berry or cocoa smoothie and in the past, I was buying bottled versions at the grocery store. Because I travel frequently, a lot of the time I wouldn’t get the bottle finished before the expiration date, and I was wasting a lot of product. I really appreciate that this Gainful Greens Powder is in single serve packets which allow for packing along for my trips if I wish, and it also assures less waste from passing expiration dates. It easily blended into my smoothie recipe and didn’t add a lot of unnecessary liquid like the bottled version did. I’m used to stevia as a sweetener and didn’t find that to be any issue. I liked the flavor of the coconut pineapple, and I loved the convenience of packing it in my carryon and adding it to bottled water at the hotel. I found that the powder mixed in easily when shaken. The ability to simply cut a small corner of the packet made it very easy to pour into the spout of the water bottle without spilling any. The versatility and flavor of this Gainful Greens Powder makes it easy for me to recommend it.
