Worthy to praise
The performance, speed, undoubtedly good. Bluetooth and WIFI connection is very good. Configuration is as stated in the page. Lovely and compact size. Don't know the durability of the product but hope it can compete with any of the multinational company like LG, LENEVO, etc. Best quality with best performance. Anyone can go ahead for this. This is the experience of few days. If it last long then undoubtedly best one otherwise I will modify my review. Excellent one after an experience of months.

Good customer service all across India
Great pc for home and office usage.. This is a regular desktop pc with future upgrade options.. friendly customer service staff.. I give a 5 star for the pc and also for the service

Cheap grade product, dosent work with 2560 x 1080 monitors.
Very cheap quality and overpriced product, no customer support, no return policy, doesn't support 2560 x 1080 resolution monitors(this fact has not been mentioned in the specification) this mini pc only supports certain low resolution monitors. So beware before purchasing it otherwise it would only be a constant headache and they won't even take it back. It's an assembled unit, most probably from second hand spare parts.

Perfect Beginner Product
Good product, using it for Home Lab Setup replacing my RasberryPi Board for more stable setup!!! Definitely recommend for low powered home lab setup!!!

Absolutely Loved it..
I recently got the Alketron Mini PC, and it’s been great! Even though it’s small, it’s surprisingly fast and handles everything I need, from work to light gaming. The setup was super easy, and it runs smoothly without slowing down, even when I have a few things open at once. It stays cool and quiet, which I really appreciate. The size is perfect—it barely takes up any room on my desk. I’ve used it for streaming and basic tasks, and it works perfectly. Totally satisfied with the product.

ALKETRON computers is a Bengaluru based startup company , I called up their service center before making a purchase of i5 core 14th gen mini pc.. excellent product and friendly service center staff. Company seems reliable and the products are of good quality

I did a bit of research about ALKETRON computers before making this purchase directly from there Bengaluru warehouse and outlet .. staff were really friendly and technical support guy gave a detailed explanation about the product.. overall reliable company.. company has its headquarters and assembly plant in Bengaluru..
