Just got these in the mail today. Came faster than Amazon said it would, which was nice.I like that there are 20 different colors in the box. With them being so tiny they should work well for what I bought them for, making cross-stitched cookies. Since I will only be using small batches of royal icing these should last me quite a while. I can't wait until the weekend to try them out. Only giving 4 stars at the moment as I haven't had the chance to use them yet. Will adjust my rating after I use them. Edit: Big bang in little packages! These worked very well for the royal icing. One to two drops gave the icing a wonderful color. As for the buttercream, I had to use more and really had to mix it in hard. Pretty much the principle of oil and water not wanting to mix too much. But after beating it in with a mixer at high speed it blended well. I might try using it to color the sugar first next time and see if that changes it.Also forgot to state that it shipped to me quickly as well.

This food dye kit is perfect and has great colors to pick from. I am having a baby shower for my sweet baby boy.Two things to note; I used white chocolate, which is off white, not true white. The color looks slightly different mixed than the finally product. I used baby blue for these and two dashes of blue and the color turned out perfectly!These were a great value for the money. I used a decent amount and there's still a lot left (I made just over 50 pretzel sticks). The gel has great consistency, no issues mixing with the melted chocolate. No odors and doesn't give any weird/different taste.I do agree with others, these are small bottles so if you're just doing some minor home baking these will work however, if you're a baker you may need something bigger. I provided a pic for reference.

The colors were bright but the black was lacking. Usually black is always hard. It takes way more color to get a true black.It was cheap, good value. I would buy again

This gel food coloring has worked great for macarons. Not real vibrant.

Terrible product No way to open tiny bottles without it getting all over your hands and it leaves stains that are difficult to remove. The caps are to be pulled up to open, but they pull out and goes all over. I would NOT put in food, since it is made in China. I purchased for a craft project with toddlers and thought it would be safe...but did not see this was made in China until I received the package. Sadly, I have wasted my money and will be putting it in the trash since I missed the return window by a week.

The bottles are very small and it requires almost the whole bottle to achieve the color pictured on the bottles. It is not pigmented enough. The variety of colors is good but I would not purchase again due to lack of pigmentation within the colors
