Sweet without the guilt
I’ve been using this monkfruit sweetener for a while, and it’s become my go-to sugar substitute. It’s sweet, clean-tasting, and doesn’t have that bitter aftertaste that some other sugar alternatives do. It dissolves easily in drinks and mixes well in baking without changing the texture or flavor of what you’re making. I’ve used it in coffee, smoothies, and even baked goods, and it works consistently every time. Overall, if you’re looking for a low-calorie, natural sweetener that actually tastes good, this monkfruit option is excellent.

My sugar replacement
I've been on a mission to cut down on sugar, and this extract has truly been a good find. I add just a few scoops to my morning coffee and tea, and it gives just the right amount of sweetness without any weird or artificial aftertaste that I've found with other sweeteners. It's definitely potent, so you definitely need to start with just one or two scoops and adjust, but once you find your sweet spot, it's amazing how little you need. This small packet lasts a decent time, making it surprisingly economical. It dissolves instantly in any liquid, hot or cold, making it convenient and multi-purpose.

Made my morning coffee healthier
I was worried about giving up sugar in my coffee because I hated the taste of most sweeteners. This product has been different, it gives me just the right amount of sweetness without changing the flavor of my coffee. I use just a small scoop, and it's enough. I've even started using it in oatmeal and yogurt. It feels good knowing I can enjoy sweetness without the guilt or calories.

This itty bitty baggie and tiny scoop, though adorable, are more appropriately sized for a dollhouse
It's ok. Mildly sweet (which is what I like about monk fruit), and minimal aftertaste. Overall, a good option as I have not found any others (yet) that have zero aftertaste. My only complaint is the price for a very small amount of monk fruit. There are few options available that do not have erythritol or other additives, so I was excited to find this one, but I should've paid attention to the amount. My own fault, but I opted for another brand and larger bag on a later purchase as this one did not seem like a value.

Delicious and Reasonably Priced
I recently bought a bag of a monk fruit/erythritol mix and I could not stand the taste of it so I went back to pure monk fruit. I’ve been using pure monk fruit for about three years and this is the best I have ever had. It dissolves well in hot water and hot drinks. It really does live up to the hype of monk fruit being so much sweeter than sugar, I will keep buying this brand. UPDATE: I was able to mix this monk fruit in room temperature liquid and it completely dissolved! Very impressive.

One pouch lasts long
The powder is super fine and easy to scoop, which is convenient. It's sweet, more than I expected, so it took a few tries to figure out how much to use. I mostly use it in smoothies or yogurt, and it works fine there. One pouch seems to last a long time, which is nice considering the price.

I have tried many monk fruit powders. This one has very low sweetness. I have used 4 times as much as my normal product (NOW) and it is still not providing sweetness - maybe gets rid of bitterness of drink (coffee and cacao, etc..), but not sweetened. I don't like excessive sweetness, just enough to activate the cacao into a nice chocolate flavour.

The pro's are simple: This stuff is as pure as it gets, the mini scoop for dosing it is tiny and yet, even that's too much. The con's are few and mostly negligible: The packaging is inconvenient, so I recommend you transfer this into a jar carefully, powdered Monk fruit is like dust. The extract does have a slight aftertaste, but again, most, if not sweeteners do. Lastly, you can't bake with this stuff because it has no volume and ratios just don't apply, so fie cooking, you're better off with the monk/ erythrytol mix which is 1 to 1 in measurements with sugar. I keep a variety of sweeteners around, each have their place, including traditional sugar.

If you are looking to get away from artificial sweetners and don't like stevia - this is a good product. Yes, it is very pricy. But it is very very good. Love the 100% pure. Absolutely recommended. It does have aftertaste, but not artificial kind. If you never tried 100% monk fruit sweetner - it can be a shocker. But it does taste better than store mix.
