It Really Works
Ok, so I have been taking this supplement for a very long time (years). I take 3 capsules a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). I was convinced it was a placebo so I removed it for about 8 days. And I noticed that my hunger became elevated for almost that entire time span. I remembered that this supplement was the only thing I changed, so I immediately went back on it (lunch and dinner of that day). By the next day, my hunger was greatly reduced. I am no longer convinced this is a placebo. Something with this supplement makes a difference in my hunger and full receptors. I will be keeping it as part of my daily supplement regimen.

I’m still unsure about this product. I feel like I’m starving and NEED food. I also feel the urge to snack late night even after a meal. Plus, I agree with the person who mentioned toxic gas…omgness!
