Does what it's supposed to do, but I'm not a fan
I have never been acquainted with one of these before, so I decided to give it a go. I'm not quite understanding what it's for, but I was able to discern what it does. This unit is simple and pretty cheap, but it does do what it supposed to do, as near as I can tell. The pump comes with three different size "sleeves", I guess you call them. These basically just have different opening sizes. They're all quite small, but the smallest one is kind of unbelievably so. But I think they're supposed to be really snug, I'm assuming? There's also a silicone ring. I think I figured out where it's supposed to go, but I wasn't really sure. Oh yeah, by the way, there are absolutely no instructions with this thing. The only instructions I saw are on the item listing itself, and even they are pretty vague, given that they don't even mention the silicone ring. Nevertheless, the pump apparatus itself seems to be made of pretty good quality materials. In particular, the bulb and tube are really quite heavy duty for this kind of thing that would usually be very very cheap, I'm imagining. So overall, I don't personally expect to ever use this thing again, but I think it's perfectly decent as an item, if you're in the market for one of these. Hope this helps.

decent, could be better
overall it did the job, and for the price i think it's fair. i think the biggest contention point is the silicone adjustment pieces for accommodating your starting size. it's a cheap, malleable plastic, and really they should spent the extra 5 cents to get actual medical grade silicone fittings. was fine while in use, once you tried to remove it, i was seconds away from just cutting it off because of the way it dug in to create the vacuum.

Creates a good vacuum for... you know... stuff.
Okay, first things first: 1.) There are, basically, no instructions with this thing beyond what's on the box. 2.) What's shown on the box isn't what you get. Box shows a t-style pump handle, you get a bulb style. (The pictures in the listing show what you actually get, so points there.) Second... you really don't need much beyond what's on the box. There's only three working elements to this thing, anyways: The tube, the vacuum line (s), and the seal. It's pretty easy to figure out how to put together and the seal is just a matter of trial and error to figure out what works best for you. (There's also a little squishy blue ring that I assume goes on the base of your buddy to help him stay standing at attention once you let off the vacuum.) That said... assembly instructions: 1.) Pull everything out of the box. 2.) The knurled end of the tubing goes on the cylinder, the straight end on the bulb. 3.) Pick your seal (conveniently color coded!) and apply it to the open end of the cylinder. It may be helpful to apply a small amount of silicone-safe lubricant to the... business portion. 4.) Pop your wangdangdoodle into the cylinder through the opening in the seal. 5.) Squeeze the bulb until the main event is ready to be the star of the show. 6.) Release the vacuum with the little button below the bulb. The valve is default close and spring loaded, so you don't have to fiddle with anything to get things going, as it were. 7.) Enjoy... whatever it was you were intending to enjoy! 8.) Do yourself a favor and clean everything up real good once you're done. You'll thank yourself next time you get this device out. It's... pretty basic, but what else do you REALLY need? About the only thing I could see causing problems is if you need a size that isn't provided with the included seals (in which case you're either blessed or cursed) OR someone with something that causes grip weakness that might prevent them from being able to operate the bulb easily. Other than that, there's really nothing to go wrong (assuming the valve/bulb doesn't break or wear out). Get it, give it a shot, and see how you feel about it. Good luck and have fun!

Avheuesl Men's Vacuum Pump Plus
Contents do not match the box- the silicone adaptors are different than the size stated for reference. This is a bulb style pump, not a T-grip. The metric size measurements are on 2 sides of the cylinder, but they are clear on clear making it difficult to read (not black as shown). It's mid-range "novelty" quality and medium size. The biggest issue is that because of the cheap materials, there is a lack of sustained suction. There are air leaks at the joints of the pieces once assembled (cylinder tip, hose and bulb) and seemingly with the diaphragm on the squeeze bulb. It doesn't hold the suction in the cylinder for more than a few seconds which defeats the (questionable) purpose of a vac pump for enlargement.
