Surprisingly good for what it is. I like to have mine as a side dish with salt, pepper, chilli etc. Because they stay quite 'wet' even after draining, I wouldn't recommend using them as a replacement in dishes which incorporate rice such as a Biryani.

Bought these for my husband to eat as part of his Keto diet. They have no taste and look like translucent worms. Will not be buying again.

This is definitely an alternative to rice, rather than something that is identical to rice. It's taste and texture is different, but I managed to find some good recipes where it works well.

Works well as a filler product to buld up a meal without added calories, but isnt really like rice, more like tapioca in consistancy, no noticable tast, but I have been using this mixed into a sauce

I have been on a keto diet for several months (and lost over three stone), this means no potatoes, pasta, rice and many other things (sigh). However, when I discovered Konjac pasta, rice and noodles, things looked up considerably. I can now make very low-carb veggy pasta meals, with no guilt. The "pasta" is a little bit more rubbery than conventional pasta, but when drenched in a sauce, it is still absolutely delicious.

some people in the reviews complain about the texture and smell of these noodles all you have to do to prevent that is to wash them with cold water until there’s no more smell and then fry them in a pan for 5 mins on medium heat to get rid of that texture! yes it’s not gonna be like normal noodles but it’s so similar. just be careful because these are just pure fibre so you’ll be on the toilet if u have many servings in a small time!!!
