Sauna wool hat turned out to be a piece of sewing fabric ( like a cardboard cutout) without the ‘wool’. Took 6 weeks to arrive and shipping cost more than the ‘hat’. DO NOT BUY!!!

It protects my hair, keeps head cooler, doing what it's supposed to do. I had to wash it to shrink to fit my head, and it fits great, was way to big originally

Not many people use a sauna, but if you do and you are in a sauna heated with rocks (not infrared) these types of hats are great. It will keep your head from getting too hot, and it can also help with protecting your hair from things like split ends from the heat. Many of these hats are similar in style and material, I haven't really noticed much difference in them. Find one for a good price and you should be good to go.
