Everything is great about this phone and not even close to the price of the newest Samsung Galaxy handheld. The reason I got this phone was because of the speaker which is unique and very loud. The phone is everything I need to maintain my private and work life.

It says shock proof my wife dropped it and now the speaker does not work and she can’t hear me most of the time she drops it from two feet and now it’s crap

I got this because my Giant magilla gorilla fiance and his Hulk sized hands has a bad habit of breaking normal phones. He's also not technologically inclined and gets frustrated when phones don't work right or are too slow. This phone is definitely for the rugged Man. The quality of the structure is amazing. Processing speed is definitely up to racing when his squirrel brain is in control. And as a man who obsesses over loud music, the large speaker on back is more than satisfactory for him. The only issues we have are the lack of ability to do WiFi calling and network connectivity, but that is partially on me and my oversight. Our phone service is on the AT&T network and we live in the rural Midwest. I should have known better than to not get a 5G capable phone. In my defense, I didn't want to spend much more on a phone from an unknown brand until I knew it would hold up to his garage shenanigans. I am proud to say it's made it half way through his trial period without a scratch. This one has already outlived most of its predecessors. I'm pretty confident in saying that I will be looking forward to next month when we upgrade to a 5G smart tank.

The battery life is like nothing I've seen before. The camera is less than ok. The flashlight is useless. I would buy it again, I mean: it's a phone not a camera.

Love the phone! Music, graphics and style are great! I heave the specs an 5.. Even though the phone is unlocked, most of US carriers will NOT take it. I wish the imei was posted prior to purchasing the item, it would’ve saved me a lot of time.
