Does a great job, just needs a storage case
I'm glad I bought this unit! It is working well here in Ireland and keeping stuff charged up at hotels. I use it to charge the Vive mobility scooter and all our electronics simultaneously. I particularly like that it provides standard 110v outlets, as well use USB outlets, including two PD USB-C ports. Anyway, if you travel internationally, get one! This is a pure sine wave converter, so better for your expensive electronics than using a cheap plug adapter thing that depends on your device to do the voltage conversion, and avoids you having to wonder if your device will get fried when you plug it in directly to 220v. In my opinion, the extra volume and mass is worth the peace of mind. Minus one star because I do wish it had a better storage case though. Instead of a draw string bag, a plastic box with compartments/spaces for each adapter would be better. For many items, including this one, a proper storage case really adds a lot of useful value.

Reliable and Safe Converter for Travel
I bought this 500W Pure Sine Wave Voltage Converter for my trip to Europe, and it worked flawlessly. It converts 220V to 110V safely, so I was able to use my US devices like a CPAP machine, hair straightener, shaver, and laptop without any issues. The pure sine wave design gives me peace of mind since it’s much safer for sensitive electronics like cameras and phones. It also has multiple output options, including USB and PD ports, which made charging my phone and tablet super convenient while traveling. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to pack, yet powerful enough to handle higher-wattage devices like a hair straightener. Overall, this converter is a must-have for anyone traveling from the US to Europe who needs a reliable power solution.

Revised review 7/12/2024 - problem fixed :)
The product does not charge my Nikon Z9 battery without dropping out. The Nikon Z9 battery charger requires a PD supply source. I regularly charge my Nikon Z9 battery with two different wall plug in PD sources I bought on Amazon with no supply drop outs. I also regularly use my PD battery brick and car PD port to charge the Nikon battery reliably and consistently. At first, I thought the problem was only with port C1 on the product since I did not notice C2 having an issue. I initiated a return and placed a new order. Alas, I noticed both C1 and C2 both drop out on the replacement unit. Update June 12, 2024. The seller did contact me once and asked for information about the Nikon Battery and Nikon Charger that I use. I responded to the seller with the specific links to the Nikon Battery and Charger approximately on May 14, 2024. The seller never responded. My return window closed on June 9. I am very disappointed that the seller provided no further assistance or reason why the DOACE 350W does not reliable charge a PD device that can be charged normally with so many other PD rated chargers. Update July 12, 2924 About a week ago, I received a msg from DOACE that the original unit I received had a defective solder connection. I was sent a replacement device which arrived within 24 hours of being notified. I had several follow up questions that I submitted to the customer representative. Each response was very swift. Answers were extremely clear and included some very helpful details. In summary, yes, I was disappointed at first, but am now extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service and the solution. And, yes, I now recommend this very functional and versatile product.

my old converters were too limited and this has good outlet options and not limited to a single 120v

Partially working not good
New Details. I was outside the return window for returning the product through Amazon. Team Doace reached out to me and initiated a return. Once they received it a PROMPT refund was ISSUED. Thank you Doace for standing behind your product 100%. You are an honorable company and a pleasure to business with. If anyone is considering buying this product I recommend it. Anyone can receive an electronic item that malfunctions. It just happens. I am giving them 5 stars as a review because they earned it. I bought it for our upcoming trip to Europe. The USB C ports do not work. iPhone flashes too much voltage so they are useless. I bought it to give my CPAP a 120V supply which it did. I am hoping that the rest of the converter keeps working to do just that for the remainder of the trip. Even though it was purchased on 4/11 and my trip started on May 15 it is only been used for 6 days of use. I am out of my return window. To make this right I want either a return or a replacement.

My kitchenaid works in Europe!
This converter works as advertised! I have a newer model Kitchenaid which I wanted to use in Germany. Having my appliance here I had to find out that it won’t run with a conventional voltage converter. So I found his, also converts 50 hz to 60 hz!! Perfect!! It’s been about a year. And I’m still happy with my purchase and that i am able to use my kitchenaid. I can only recommend everyone who wants to use their 110V kitchen appliances in Europe to get this!

do not buy, low quality, you find out when you use it regularly
do not buy ! i used the converter for a fan that works on 120 Volt while here we have 220 in the grid. first, the converter contains a small fan, which makes permanent noise, which means the quality is not very good. second: after 3-5 months the device-fan starts making a lot of noise. so then you do not want to use it again. apparantly the small fan is of very bad quality. so the price is only for 3-5 months of use, so that is high, and suddenly you have no more device to help you out with the right voltage.
