J**O
I have gone through two of these units. The first one stopped working before I had the chance to make sure it would communicate with the lock box from the inside wall of the house. Their customer servcie was minimally helpful and stopped communicating when I complained. So, I bought another one and I can't get it to connect to the 2.4 GHZ network even thought the proper lights are lit up. Two major complaints: 1) the W-200 is made of cheap plastic and it is expect to be used outside next to the lock box. The lock box is weather protected and this cheap plastic think would last throuh a mild rain. 2) Thier instructions are poorly translated from Chinese to English. Hard to understand. Come on guys. For a Country that steals IP from the world, you think that they could put a better prodduct on the market.
