Hallmark 2-Movie Collection: The Secrets of Bella Vista & Mystery Island

Mystery Island was an A+ movie. The other one was good too but probably a B+

I read the five reviews which were so negative I nearly missed a charming movie; the Secrets of Bella Vista. I love Napa Valley & the scenery was beautiful. As far as the female lead not being believable, I can totally relate as my father whom I knew nothing about decided to look me up when I was a Senior in high school. I wanted no part of him, & his other two daughters started trying to reach out to me & I was just as stunned & suspicious as the character in the movie. I didn’t know what to think.And I’m a history buff so I loved the plot going back to the holocaust, the antiques, searching for the “treasure;” you decide. I will be watching it again. Haven’t watched Mystery Island, yet.

This review is for the 2-movie set. The first movie was awful. The male lead is a favorite actor, and he tried. But the female lead was not believable, no appeal at all, and the story was awful. The second movie, Mystery Island, was really good. We enjoyed it, and would like to see another mystery with those 2 actors in these characters.

This was great movie viewing written so well and acted superbly.

This has got to be one of the worst and silliest movies that Hallmark has ever made. It went beyond ridiculous.

I love Bella Vista. There are numerous twists & turns throughout! Definitely keeps your interest & Niall is a fabulous actor with the leading lady holding her own. Definitely worth purchasing.I have not seen the 2nd movie, but I'm not really into murder mysteries. I will definitely purchase this set for Bella Vista.

The container was damaged,it wasn't I guess a new CD, I have tried yet to see if it works.
