Tried this while eating a pizza and garlic bread and it worked really well ! The only issue I had is that the pills feel a bit sharp, they're not exatly small so swallowing them is a bit tricky hence 4/5 stars.

I tried so many different brands of lactose enzymes, but this one is my go- to. It's a life saver and I will keep my subscription for very long time.

It look me until I was in my late 30s to realise my IBS was in fact just lactose intolerance. My daughter also has it, and we hate we can't have some of the things we love in life, like chocolate and ice cream. Yes you can get vegan versions and whilst some are very nice, they are much more expensive and just not quite the same. In comes these. I have tried a lower dose version that didn't work very well, but two of these as I am eating in what I shouldn't stops my stomach and bowl issues. If your not sure, take the chance and they could change your life as they have mine and my daughters

I take one of these when I reaaally want a latte. Sick of being lactose intolerant! With these it's just slightly windy. Not a full on hurricane like usual!

Con estas pastillas he notado la diferencia al instante. Utilizaba lactojoy, y de normal tenia que tomarme hasta 3 pastillas por comida (ejemplo: pizza, helado) pero con esta con una sola ya está! Si no contiene mucho lacteo o será algo pequeñito,con solo media pastilla ya tiro para una comida y el efecto dura por mas que unos minutos. Muy recomendables
