Great for mixing flour, water and yeast, and to initially prep the dough mix. Very happy with the quality and usefulness.

I bake a loaf of bread at least once or twice a week. This whisk is really great and study. After whisking my dough, I try to bang of the residual dough into the bowl. The handle may be a little dented from striking the lip of the bowl with force, but after over 100 loaves of bread, the whisk just does its job.

Comfortable to hold. Works to mix dough like magic it’s so fast. Sturdy, but still light weight. The handle is a good length. Can handle large amount of dough with ease. I didn’t realize I needed one until I tried this and knew I’d been missing out!

Great dough whisk. Easy to clean. I’ve only done hand wash so not sure how it would hold up in the dishwasher but I’m always skeptical of wood in the dishwasher. It’s designed that I can use in both left and right hand comfortably. Was inexpensive so worth it.

My roommate made fun of me for buying this because she felt like a wooden spoon did the job just fine, which isn't untrue. I like this product because it seems a bit more efficient. The dough-whatever kind you're working with-will stick to it while mixing, but it's a lot easier to pull the dough off this to keep mixing along than a spoon. Really the whole thing works great for mixing dough, you can chop and mix, and almost even knead the dough together a bit with the product itself. It's very sturdy and doesn't feel like it'll bend or break no matter how thick the dough. I will say that it's not the easiest to clean by hand. The dough gets stuck between the metal loops and can be really hard to get out by hand washing. It gets perfectly clean in my dishwasher though, so if you just put it in a dishwasher the cleaning is super easy. 8/10 Recommend if you hand mix dough. 10/10 recommend if you can clean it in a dishwasher.

Love it! I've had mine for quite some time now and it has stood the test of time and alot of use! Can't say the same for my balloon whisks though. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical of its efficacy at first but quickly realized that its design is exactly what makes it more effective than a regular balloon whisk for heavy mixtures. It's more open and durable than a balloon whisk so it doesn't get clogged and weighed down making its mixing ability far for superior. It is comfortable to use and generally takes less effort to mix and scrape because it's sturdier to use than flimsy balloon whisk wires. A balloon whisk is still ideal for combining dry ingredients or whipping wet ingredients on their own. But a bonus for the danish whisk is it's also much easier to clean. A must have for avid bakers!

Love this tool. So much easier to initially mix and combine ingredients for bread dough. Easy to clean when done.

Very large handle. Whisks up your dry ingredients really well. Any chunks in your dry mix, this tool breaks it up. Really works great. Only hand wash the whisk so water does not go into handle weakening the wood handle. Love this tool.
