Turns itself off - but good when it's on.

Item arrived promptly but turns off seemingly randomly when used. I normally go out for an hour at a time. I had it on solid light setting (one of three options) - by 40mins in it had turned off. I only thought to check as my wife mentioned that hers had switched off a few times to. Appreciate this could be a battery saving thing, but if I'm out running then I'd expect it to stay on until I chose otherwise!
