This is the best salt I’ve ever used. The taste is amazing. I prefer it over Himalayan salt. The dispenser works better than most with greater ease and size of salt dispensed. A definite keeper!

Redmond salt is awesome. It is definitely better tasting than the kosher salt I've been buying for years. And the fact that you can refill the grinder is super smart!

I suffer from high blood pressure and have problems keeping salt in my system. This came as a recommendation and so we tried it. At first we tried the course one because that's all we could find and it worked wonders. So then we found the regular timed and we use every single day. I will say that when you first try it if you are used to the iodonized this will have a different taste. It tastes a bit cleaner and there's no aftertaste. When we started using it we used a grinder and thought that the grinder was getting shavings in it however this salt is not white it's kind of pinkish and looks like it has dark specks in it. So keep that in mind. While using redmonds my blood pressure has actually gone down and I'm having less problems with my electrolytes. I highly recommend this if you like salt but don't want the complications of it raising your blood pressure. We use this everyday and I will never go back. The larger crystals are great for dehydrating and marinating again this is something that I use almost every day for dehydrating. I highly recommend it.

I was introduced many years ago and simply unable to live without it. Dont be fooled excellent salt for your health. I loved the little travel bottles when they were available.
