This silk fabric is absolutely beautiful! The texture is soft and smooth, with that perfect natural sheen only real silk has. It drapes wonderfully and feels so luxurious to the touch. I used it for a sewing project, and it handled well — just be gentle when cutting or pinning. The natural color is elegant on its own or great for dyeing. Truly high-quality silk, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

Super scratchy, was expecting a soft material but it is not. Not sure this is silk. Not functional for what I needed to repair silk shirt. It is the right thickness and size. But I can’t use it as I need to. Looks durable however for a vail or something like that. Value for money here is questionable since I was expecting a soft material and got a stiff scratchy material.

The delivery took longer than I am used to, but now that I have it in my hands, I am enchanted 😍. The fabric is what I expected and the color dark purple is amazing. It matches perfectly with my daughter's beautiful dress. I recommend this fabric to anyone, just give yourself a few extra days of waiting, but it is so worth it. Thank you Amazon

Excellent silk product, transparent and stiff. Plan to make small bags to protect my fruit in biodegradable/organic pouches. Instead of using the plastic mesh bags so prevalent, that degrade in the sun and no doubt shed plastics particles.

This is a great silk fabric for beadwork. Highly recommend it for beading or other DIYs.

Was expecting fabric with a soft “hand” (drape) and this is quite stiff. Will find out while attempting to use it in nuno felting if that is due to a sizing applied to fabric or an inherent quality. As is won’t be useable for drapey end product but might work in making luminaries or vessels. Unless it surprises me I will not be re-ordering. Item also took longer to reach me than expected although I recognize it was shipped from China.
