Wonderful chair!
This Osaki 3D Champ 2 chair is amazing! I have never abused drugs but I think I understand addicts better now. I had the thought, immersed in this chair for over an hour, that sleep and food were irrelevant! I’ll just stay in the chair thanks.! Variety of automatic programs. Most of them named curiously to me as they are just components of the chair arranged in different order. For instance the “gentle” program still includes some deep tissue massage, just less. If you have someone tender, they will have to be happy with the roller or taping/knocking manual settings. There are also single settings for foot rollers and air compression programs. I wish there was a 4d ability to allow lessening of the kneading or shiatsu massages. But that is all irrelevant to me. I love it. I have used the chair for a week and my back pain is clearly better. I have slept longer and deeper. I was concerned the programs did not really do a zero gravity position but there is a manual setting for that. You can always add heat to any program. You can add horizontal positioning, even elevate the legs above the body. I can see that a few thousand dollars more might add some nuanced settings, but for me this chair is the sweet spot. Lots of options, zero gravity, heat, quality construction, great size and weight we easily moved through a regular exterior door. Limited assembly (one step to easily attach leg-foot section). One caveat: I have not tried speakers yet. If they suck , I’ll amend review. In conclusion, I obsessed over about 2 dozen options for hours. This chair was my call based on features, reviews and warranty. I also trust Amazon to stand behind products. I highly recommend this Osaki chair.

Does the job - with some quirks
This is our first massage chair- we’ve had it about a month and it sees regular use. The chair looks great, materials feel high quality, craftsmanship is good. It looks/feels like a nice chair! The massage features of the chair work pretty well- with some annoyances. - First, misleading advertising, this chair does NOT work your hamstrings. The image in the description of the chair with the track highlighted/superimposed makes it look like the bottom portion of the L goes around your bottom and completely under your legs. The actual track stops WAY short of that- to the point that if I didn’t know it was an SL track, I wouldn’t think it was. I would not even say it works glutes, let alone coming close to touching hamstrings. If you scroll through other pictures in the description there is one that is a picture of the controller screen- check out the track image there on the screen in comparison. -The software is buggy. Sometimes when turning on the air massage one section of airbags won’t activate (even though the display says it is) - fixed by restarting the chair. When we use the power button on the screen to turn the chair off, the physical power light on the chair blinks all night as if there is an error. When we use the physical power button on the chair to power on/ofd, it doesn’t do that. Sometimes when using the zero gravity presets, the legs retract all the way instead of auto-sensing the right position- fixed by manually moving them back out again. When using Bluetooth, you have to manually disconnect every time- the Bluetooth connection stays active even after the chair is turned off. You can work around these, but it’s annoying to have such a nice looking chair (and decently expensive) with such poorly designed/tested software. - Auto massages sometimes are great and sometimes seem a little “dangerous”, for lack of a better word. It varies intensity automatically by moving the 3D Massage Rollers in and out- which is pretty nice until it goes from 0 to full-maximum-moon-blastoff right into your rear, suddenly and without warning. Not looking for that kind of chair Osaki, at least take me to dinner first. We are in our mid 30s and can just shift our weight and sit up off the chair a second until it calms down- but I’d worry about it hurting users that can’t do that. - The back heating is ok- doesn’t feel super even, nor is it super hot. The foot rollers are ok- nothing magical. The speakers are alright, definitely lacking any kind of dynamic range and clearly designed for light spa music or an audiobook. The airbags are nice, good pressure. Overall, I’d say we are satisfied but not impressed. We got this on sale for $2k, I’d be upset paying any more than that. It will get regularly used and we’ll get our money’s worth, but it’s definitely not perfect.

Love it!
Absolutely love it! The entire family has seemed to have found their favorite settings. I have a few different auto settings while some of the family prefer manual ones to hit that spot. The heat is nice but not overwhelming. My wife and I have both mentioned on separate occasions that it resolved a sore spot we didn’t realize we had (until we felt better). Looks like I only have a video of the first time user. As you can see my daughter was loving the massage along with her tunes playing through the chair. My only gripe is about the Bluetooth functionality but not enough to take away any stars. It stays connected even after you shut off the chair. Might be other solutions but has not bugged me enough to look into it. I just “forget” the connection on my phone when I no longer want to use it. Super easy control panel along with extra settings on the armrest. Those that like manual settings will appreciate the intensity adjustment over there which allow for extra customization at the turn of a knob. Overall, love the chair which was a much better value than other ones we have used which did not provide any extra benefits for the additional cost.

Great chair and intense massages.
This is the first massage chair I have ever owned. Build quality seems strong. Chair fit easily through my door. It comes already built! No wrenching or crazy picture-box instructions. I am middle-aged with a sedentary stressful job. This chair is improving my quality of life, particularly how quick I recover from long work days. Wife and even my 11 year old loves it. I recommend nature sounds and eye covers. The auto massages are really intense, sometimes too intense. I’ve been told it takes a few weeks to get used to it. After day one I felt a little bruised but not too bad. I wish there were a way to reduce their intensity, other than going into full manual mode. They need to improve the software and educate users on how best to use and customize.
