Then I read article for menopausal Women, that said in order to loose belly fat you have to take the right supplements… Saw the reviews and this was actually lower priced then some store brands… I find it’s easy to swallow and if you drink big bottle of water first thing you wake up within minutes you have to go and I swear.. not to be gross but there will be a small plane in your toilet… I look at my poo because it tells you things about your health… and I was getting frustrated with feeling like I had to really go, only to pass a few “malted milk” balls… and still feel bloated and gassy. But after take these 3-4 days in a row you will see the change… and you will swear your pants are looser! So eat fiber and high protein and know you will expel your toxic waste every morning by 10..

It really does the job for me....I can feel like my stomach being sucked in, it tightens up. For some reason when I eat I can't eat everything on my plate. The only problem is that I pass gas and my urine smells. Growing up I was on the chucky side and still am. My mom always told me to suck my gut in and that is what it feels like. Bloating isn't a problem anymore. I have told a couple friends of mine about the product and now they take it as well. I put this on a monthly subscription because it's the cheapest that I have ever seen for 5 or 6 months, when I started the product. Thank you Amazon for keeping the price down.
