This phone is way better than the older version except for 1 major flaw. It can’t take any type of close photos. For example a receipt or a work order will just turn into a blurry mess. Tried 3 brand new replacements and they all had the same problem. I would recommend this phone if you never ever have to use the camera for something closer than 3 feet. The battery life, screen size and options are way better than its predecessor. It’s just as loud as then the older version except using the speaker for calls became harder to do with the newer android os.

Awesome rugged phone that works just as described. I'm on t-mobile so i can swap the sim back and forth between my S23 ultra as needed for trips and such. Saved me about $210 from what t-mobile was asking too!! Thank you! (shout out to my digital minimalists)

Bought for my dad. He needed something that withstands dropping but it came locked and without a sim card (that should have been there.) Was sold as new but T-Mobile said it was purchased by someone and they did not replace the Sim card.

Returned because it wouldn’t work on our system and the volume button is in the wrong location. The users thumb turns the volume off every time you try to talk on it

Cannot transfer contacts from another phone. Must manually re-enter all contacts. Phone is durable.
