Amazing sleek, durable, and LIGHT knife
I was looking for a sleek, light, and durable knife and this fit all three of them perfectly. I’ve always had fancy big knives with all the do nada (seatbelt cutter, window breaker, blah blah blah). But I wanted a simple, good quality knife and that’s what this is. It’s lighter than my phone, the black (one I got) is very sleek in appearance. The blades very sharp. The clip (which I need personally) doesn’t feel like it’ll break soon. It feels great in my hands. The one thing I don’t love, is to close it, it uses a button. Now the only reason I don’t love it is I’m not used to it. But I’ve had no problems with it. Overall great knife, highly recommend. Worth the price.

Fantastic knife for the price.
It's a $60 knife that punches well above its weight class. The action is smooth with good ceramic bearings. The button lock very fidgety and is also great for one handed operation, the latter of which was a big selling point for me. Appearance-wise it's very sleek and minimal (black handle with the black blade); exactly what I was going for. I wanted something that didn't look too aggressive or threatening since I would be using it in public often. The G10 handle provides a good grip. The overall profile is very slim which is nice since it doesn't take up too much pocket room. All of that comes secondary to the sharpness and edge retention because at the end of the day it is a tool. I've been using it daily with moderate use for work for about a month now and I can already tell that the Nitro V steel is great quality. Still surprisingly sharp after a month of cutting boxes, envelopes, and various other things without having to strop/resharpen. I may need to touch it up soon, but I am very impressed with how well it's performed. If you're looking for something that's great quality while being cost effective, I would highly recommend the Civivi Elementum II!

Light, strong, sharp, fidgety
I could write a thesis on how much I like this knife after the past 15 months of ownership, but I'll try to restrain myself. For newbies: Slicey, easy to open and close, great ergonomics, easy to sharpen, good steel. Good for small to medium hands, large hands might only get 3 or 3-1/2 fingers on the handle, but don't let that stop you from picking this up. This is a near perfect all-around knife, but I would not recommend it for folks who need hard use/tactical knives. For knife nerds. Handle: Good G10, not overly aggressive, but gets grippier as it gets wetter, which is whatI prefer. G10 over milled steel liners, which keeps it lightweight while still giving the handles strength. Flow through design using standoffs, so it doesn't collect pocket lint or other debris. Good tolerance between the blade and the standoffs, no risk of the blade edge coming into contact with anything inside the handle when closed. Blade Shape: Really ideal drop point shape, the only shape I like better is on the Benchmade Bugout, but this is a close second. Hollow point grind keeps this knife VERY slicey, yet they still took a fair amount of material all the way to the tip to keep the tip strong. Length is just under 3" to keep this legal in most states, although your mileage will certainly vary. Not a particularly aggressive looking knife, so it doesn't necessarily raise eyebrows when using it. Blade Steel: Nitro-V has performed very well in my opinion, similar to my D-2 knives, but perhaps doesn't hold that hair splitting edge quite as long. Good corrosion resistance, but I don't put it away wet, nor do I live near saltwater. Button Lock: Quickly becoming my favorite lock style. I am done with Axis Lock/lockbar Omega springs, as I just find it unreliable that they break as often as they do. Aesthetically, it's nice that when the knife is closed, the button is flush with the G10 handles. Functionally, it's a bummer...if you want to open the knife by depressing the button, it can be hard to find it with your thumb. I solved this in about 10min with a file, filing down the G10 around the button to make it easier to find without looking or feeling around for more than a second. Now I love it even more. Opening options are to flick it open with my wrist, use the intended flipper tab, or disengage the detent with the button. I have found the pivot screw to come loose on occasion, so Loctite is recommended. Flipper: Great flipping action, jumps out quickly. Flipper is not too slick or too grippy, which is important to me. Whether I'm just fidgeting or genuinely opening and closing the knife in use, overly grippy flippers tend to chew up my fingers, particularly in dry weather. Jimping is just right. Ergonomics: Jimping on the spine of the knife right where you'd need it. Again, not overly aggressive, just right to keep your thumb from slipping if things are super dry or you're wearing gloves or a band aid on your thumb. The overall size of the handle fits most small to medium hands well. Rather than a clear cutout for a finger choil interrupting the handle design, the handle "curves" into a thin "waist" just behind the flipper when the knife is open. Feels very good in the hand, to where I'm not really worried about how grippy the G10 is when dry. It feels locked in. QC: Great. Good clean grind, great lockup, blade centering is dead on, no hotspots anywhere on the knife, everything is rounded except where grip is needed, like the jimping and flipper tab. Zero complaints. If I had my way, I'd want my "ramp" I filed into my G10 handle near the button to be part of the base design, and then also see another model with just that extra 1/4" of length to satisfy that part of me that would like to know if this would compete with my Bugout for pocket time. But those are just wish list items. This knife is a home run, and anyone building a collection or just looking for a solid knife should own one.

Civivi knives are one of the best
This elementum 11 pocket knife is one of the favorite knives in my collection. It’s so easy to use , it flicks open in a flash , and you can close it with a flick of your wrist. It’s a great everyday carry and fits in my hand perfectly. Like all Civivi knives, it is very well built with a sharp beautiful blade.
